P.R.I.M.E. Benefit Systems, Inc., is a registered Third Party Administrator, located in Cedar Rapids, IA, and in business since 1988. We are dedicated to helping clients maintain, or even increase, employee benefits in the face of relentless cost pressures. In addition to claims administration, we are active in COBRA/Iowa Continuation administration, and compliance work (written plans, summary plan descriptions, business associate agreements, and the like.) We also have a client service office in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

We are generally introduced by your insurance broker. Our role begins by informing you of the unique ways we actually lower the cost of providing health and dental benefits. We also plan a significant role in communicating with decision makers as well as employees. An existing client will attest to the fact that we add value added to your benefits, without adding to the cost.
